This is the story line of “UP” the movie:

By tying thousands of balloon to his home, 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen sets out to fulfill his lifelong dream to see the wilds of South America. Right after lifting off, however, he learns he isn't alone on his journey, since Russell, a wilderness explorer 70 years his junior, has inadvertently become a stowaway on the trip.

The 2 main characters: Carl and Russell are very much interesting to me after viewing the trailer because of the following reasons:

1) They are cute.
2) They are funny.
3) I love how life like they are as animations.
4) Carl’s character and Russell’s character somehow don’t match and this makes me wonder how they can put up with each another.
5) Basically they are made by PIXAR, one of the BEST animators!!!

Can’t wait to watch this show! It will help me to decrease the stress I have after my exam! =(

Asking him or her out

I always recommend that you simply ask the person out, before it drives you crazy. It at least shows that you are serious.

If they say no, then it is their loss.

And if they say yes, then, well it can be the start of something beautiful.

Asking them out via their friends is simply a cowardly way to do it.

So go on, bite the bullet and ask her/him out today!

Well to be really honest, I am one of those girls who really really really hate sports.

However, my beloved had a great idea of using sports to grow our love.

aww how sweet right?

well are you curious to know what we did?

well shall i tell u more about mount faber.

we love love love HIKING.

and we went to mout faber for a mini hike.

Hiking is a sports, NO?

well to me it is because it involves walking

with the specific purpose of exploring and enjoying the scenery.

It usually takes place on trails in rural or wilderness areas.

its proven that walking is a form of excercise.

and yes,

i know mount faber may not be ur average mountains

but its the closest we can get here in singapore.

so we started by gearing up.

it starts with the shoes.

yes for a beginner,

i learnt that wearing comfortable shoes

can make that hike an enoyable one.

next we needed lots of............

water.

water helps us to stay hydrated

as well as the feel cool when sun shines on us.

then we need need need..

shades!

our poor eyes needs to be protected from the awful rays of sun right.

yes, hence u see us in our UV protected shades.

couples can wear matching ones to look uber cute together. =D

haha.

ok back to the hike.




as you can see it was a long long long way up.

approximately 1hr or so.

it was so fun.

we were talking,

we were laughing

and stuff.

as you can guess,

i was too busy snapping shots while embarking my way up.

=D

hehe pics always makes explaining easy.

We got so tired and started to rest here.

and when u have rested enough its time for some venturing.

and when its time to go home, all the memories are stored in our minds and heart.

we smile strolling back.

and when ur too tired to walk,

ur beloved can do like what mine did.

yes,

he gave me a piggyback all the way down.

so sweet right.

THIS is one sport we love to do. HIKE!

its so easy that everyone from young to old can do.

and it does make u happy inside.

so smile, take ur hiking gear with u and bring ur love one for a hike.

it will do wonders to your health as well as ur love.

it was a well deserved break.

although i have'nt earn money from nuffnang i guess the movie screening to watch national treasure 2 was so worthwhile! thanks ming. =) so happy i'm part of nuffnang. haha, and somehow i think no actually its pretty obvious that i was the only indian there. lol! even the receptionist was like, u must be srikala. LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyway, the movie was great. if u din watch it, whatcha waiting for?

hehe, well national treasure the movie part two is about to be released and oh boy i cant wait to catch it. part 1 was so damn good. so nice! the action, the suspense, the comedy, the mystery! it was great. here's a little synopsis..
